Foreign funds have pulled out over 3,800 crore rupees from the country's equity markets so far this month. But, Foreign Portfolio Investors invested a net sum of 243 crore rupees in the debt markets in the same period.The latest Foreign Portfolio Investors outflow came after an earlier outflow of 31,000 crore rupees basis from the equities in the three months period between October and December.
