Fourth phase of Assembly elections in WB tomorrow

In West Bengal, the stage is set for 4th phase of Assembly elections in the state tomorrow. Voting will take place in 63 seats covering Howrah Hooghly, East Midhnapure and parts of Burdwan districts. Arrangements for holding the election have been almost completed. Polling personnel have also left for their destinations. AIR Kolkata correspondent reports that over 1 crore 26 lakhs voters will decide the fate of 366 candidates. Altogether 15,711 polling booths have been set up in 4 districts. Besides 1 special observer 42 general, 9 expenditure and 4 police observers are constantly monitoring the poll process. Security measures have also be tightened to ensure free and fair voting.
