Reinforcements were rushed and in the encounter all the four terrorists were eliminated. He said 11 AK rifles, three pistols, 29 hand grenades and other devices were recovered from four slain terrorists. He said that the terrorists who had infiltrated from across the border had planned to strike in a big way in the Union Territory and were on the way to Kashmir Valley.<br />'' <br />''However, he said that their plan was foiled with the timely operation jointly carried out by police, CRPF and the army.
