Four sentenced to life in CBSE question paper leak

In Andaman and Nicobar islands, four persons were sentenced to life in the sensational CBSE question paper leak case. The special court Judge, Debi Prasad dey delivered the verdict at Port Blair yesterday against the accused P Krishnama Raju, Abdul Rasheed, M J Vijayan and Abdul Salam and sent them to imprisonment for life. Another accused M P Arun was acquitted.According to the judgement, they were found guilty of hatching a criminal conspiracy to get the CBSE class 12th question paper leaked from the Government Senior Secondary School in Car Nicobar in February this year. This case had raised serious concerns about the sanctity of examination system in the islands and the public were eagerly awaiting the out come of the case.The historic verdict came after a four month long speedy trial conducted by the special court on a day to day basis.
