In Sikkim, four people tested positive for COVID19 today. Director General of Health Department Dr Pempa Tshering Bhutia said that on Monday, 183 samples were tested, of which, four reported positive.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Among the four new cases, one is a returnee from Mumbai and three returned from Delhi.
