Four NATO soldiers killed in Afghanistan

Four NATO soldiers were killed in two separate incidents in eastern Afghanistan yesterday. A release issued in Kabul today by NATO-led International Security Assistance Force joint command says, three service members died following an improvised explosive device attack in eastern Afghanistan. According to the statement, another ISAF service member was killed in an insurgent attack. The brief statement did not reveal the nationalities of the dead and exact location of the incidents. A British soldier, who was reported missing from a checkpoint in Helmand province on Monday, was found dead after an extensive search. His body was found in Nahr-e-Saraj District of Helmand Province.
