Four national records created at National Sports meet for visually challenged

Four national records were created at the National Sports meet for the visually challenged persons at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi today. In the Women's B-III 100 metre race Syampa Mondal of Kolkata set a National record by covering the distance in 16.41 seconds. In the Women's B-I Shot put. Nidhi Mishra of Delhi set another record with a throw of 6.59 metres. Delhi's Avneel Kumar set a record in men's 100 metres B-III race while the fourth record of the day was set by Rishikant Sharma in Javeline throw in B-II category.
