In China, four miners have been killed and another seriously injured after a colliery collapsed in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Local authorities on Saturday said the pit caved in yesterday when 23 miners were digging underground.Officials said eighteen miners escaped and four were found dead.Pit operations have been halted after the incident and investigators of the administration are probing into the accident.
