Railways have decided to run four pairs of long distance trains through Cuttack station on different dates from 17th to 21st next week by providing stoppages. <br/><br/>The weekly trains Guwahati-Chennai Express, Dibrugarh-Chennai Express, Howrah-Kanyakumari Express and Howrah-Tiruchirapalli Express trains currently run via Naraj station through a different route on the outskirts of the Cuttack city. <br/><br/>Passengers had long been demanding these trains via Cuttack station instead of Naraj. East Coast Railway sources said a decision in this regard was taken after the completion of doubling work between Cuttack and Barang stations. <br/><br/>In a similar decision, the East Coast Railway has decided to provide stoppage of Hatia-Ernakulam Express at Bargarh Road, Kesinga and Muniguda from tomorrow onwards.<br/><br/>It was also a long-standing demand of passengers.
