Four- laning of NH 3 in Madhya Pradesh approves

The government has approved four-laning of two stretches of National Highway-3 in Madhya Pradesh at a total cost of about 4,037 crore rupees. An official statement said, the Cabinet Committee on Infrastructure approved four- laning of Gwalior-Shivpuri and Shivpuri-Dewas sections, both on National Highway No-3 in Madhya Pradesh.The four-laning of Shivpuri-Devas section would cost about 2,935 crore rupees. The total length of the project will be 320 kilo metres. Our correspondent reports, the project will benefit the people in the districts of Guna, Rajgarh, Shajapur, Ujjain and Dewas. Four laning of Gwalior-Shivpuri section would benefit major towns such as Mohana, Subhaspura and Satanwara.
