In Kerala, four persons belonging to a family were killed when the car in which they were travelling fell into a canal after hitting a culvert near Cheruthoni in Idukki district last night. Those killed in the mishap were parents and their two children. There were heavy rains in the area last night and the matter came to light only this morning.
