In Afghanistan, an explosion has hit near the Russian embassy in Kabul this afternoon, killing at least four people and wounding 24 others, Interior Ministry said. Sources said that a suicide bomber targeted an Afghan vehicle, reportedly carrying government personnel.<br/><br/> Another witness who works in the Afghanistan Ministry of Home Affairs said that the suicide bomber rammed his motorbike on the government vehicle. The attack happened during rush hour along a busy road leading to the country's Parliament. So far no one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
