In Kerala, four flights scheduled to land at the Cochin International Airport last night were diverted to other airports in the region following heavy thunder shower. The Sharjah-Kochi Air India Express and the Delhi-Kochi Air India flights were diverted to Thiruvananthapuram, while the Go Air Chennai-Kochi flight was diverted to Bangalore. The Kolkatta-Chennai-Kochi Jet Airways flight was diverted to Madurai. All the flights returned to the Cochin International Airport later.
