In Nepal, four persons were injured in a car explosion in Kathmandu today. According to police, three persons have been arrested in connection with the incident including the car driver. Police have recovered an improvised bomb near the spot of the explosion which was later defused by the bomb disposal squad. An unknown group known as 'Swatantra Nepal Dal' has owned up the responsibility for the explosion. A statement issued by the party claimed the explosion was carried out against the extension of the term of the Constituent Assembly after the political parties failed to write the constitution within the stipulated two years period.<br/>
