Four Indians qualify for Rio Olympics<br/>

Four Indians today qualified for the Rio Olympics beginning 5th of August.In Track and Field, Mohammad Anas in 400-meters, Srabani Nanda in 200-metres and Ankit Sharma in Long Jump made the cut, while Atanu Das sealed a berth at the Games in Archery.At the Polish Athletics Championship, Mohammad Anas shattered his own 400-metre national record to qualify. He clocked 45.40 seconds, the exact Rio qualification timing.Over at the international meet in Kazakhstan, Sprinter Srabani Nanda made the cut after covering 200-meter event in 23.03 seconds.In the field event, national long jump record holder Ankit Sharma qualified with a jump of 8.17 metres.Archer Atanu Das has made it to the Games after selection trial at Bengaluru. The archer will represent India in the Men&apos;s Individual Recurve event. He got the better of his compatriots Jayanta Talukdar and Mangal Singh Champia for the spot.The four Olympic qualifications came a day after Dutee Chand made it to the Rio Games.
