In Kashmir valley four militants of Hizbul Mujahideen militant out fit on Thursday surrendered before police with their arms and ammunition in Kulgam district. A self-styled divisional commander of the outfit Mohmmad bilal alias Basharat was among them. A police spokesman said the arms and ammunition handed over by those local militants includes two AK rifles.
