Four girl students to join Indian official delegation for Copenhagen summit

Four girl students for the first time will be the part of the Indian official delegation for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change to be held in Copenhagen of Denmark from 7 to 18th of this month.<br/><br/>These delegates were selected through Prtihvi Ratna a National Level Essay Competition on Climate Change.<br/><br/>The delegation has been announced by Ministry of Environment and Forests in New Delhi on Friday. These four representatives are Ramsha Sajid and Aadya Dubey from Bhopal, Deeksha Singh from Patna while Ruchika Pokhriyal from Delhi.<br/><br/>Speaking on the occasion, the State Minister of Environment and Forests, Mr Jairam Ramesh said that they will voice the concern of the country about the climate change loudly in the summit.<br/><br/>He said that the participations of the youth on this issue will bring awareness among the people for sustainable future of the country and planet.<br/>
