Four Indian boxers, including Vikas Krishan and Shiva Thapa, were seeded while the entire 10-member team managed to get first-round byes in the Asian Boxing Championship which begins at Tashkent tomorrow.While former Asian Games gold-medallist Vikas has been given the top billing in the middleweight category, former Asian champion Shiva is seeded fourth in the 60kg category.Former Commonwealth Games gold-medallist Manoj Kumar has been seeded sixth in the welterweight division and Satish Kumar has got the third seeding in super heavyweight.The tournament, featuring 179 boxers from 28 countries, is a qualifier for the August-September World Championships in Hamburg, Germany.The top-six in each of the 10 weight categories in this tournament will make the cut for the big event.
