He said, out of these four fresh cases, three had a travel history from Italy and one from Iran.<br />''<br />''Mr. Kumar said, Health and Family Welfare Minister, Dr. Harsh Vardhan will meet the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today to review the situation. He said, over 8.74 lakh passengers from 8255 flights have been screened so far and 1921 are found symptomatic. He said, 177 people are hospitalized and 33599 are under observation. He expressed his concern over the non-divulgence of self declaration form and travel history by the passengers. He urged the people to divulge their travel history to fight this situation in a more effective way.<br />''<br />''Special Secretary also clarified that the patient from Murshidabad, West Bengal was tested negative for COVID-19 and no death has been reported due to corona virus in the country. He said, Health and Family Welfare Minister, Dr. Harsh Vardhan is continuously monitoring and reviewing the status, actions taken and future preparedness of States.</span><br />
