In Kerala, four passengers lost their lives when a private bus fell into river Meenachil at Kottayam this after noon. The ill-fated bus carrying about 42 passengers fell into the river after hitting an electric post. <br/><br/>Initial reports indicate that twelve passengers have been rescued.
