<br/>In New Delhi, four persons have been charred to death when a fire broke out at a house located at Kesowpuram early Thursday morning. According to Delhi Police, those killed in the fire were reported in the age group of 19 to 22 year. Three fire tenders were also rushed to the spot to douse the flame. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
