In Pakistan, forty militants including some key commanders have been killed in a fresh offensive by the security forces in Orakzai agency. <br/><br/>According to reports, the security forces targetted hideouts and strongholds of militants in upper and lower Orakzai Agency. Five hideouts of the militants were also destroyed in the operation.<br/>
