Former Railways Minister Mallikarjun Kharge will be the Leader of Congress in the Lok Sabha. This was announced by Congress General Secretary Janardan Dwivedi in New Delhi on Monday. Mr Kharge represents Gulbarga Lok Sabha seat in Karnataka.
