The former Chief Minister specifically asked the Director-General of Punjab Police to stand up against the misuse of his force.</span></p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, BJP  leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga returned to Delhi this evening. After  Delhi Police took Bagga's custody at a police station in Kurukshetra in Haryana, Punjab cops approached the Punjab and Haryana High Court against the "detention" of its police team in Kurukshetra and requested not to let the Delhi Police cross the Haryana border with Mr. Bagga.</span></p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">However, Punjab and Haryana High Court rejected the request of the Punjab government to keep the Bagga in Haryana and asked the Haryana Government to file a reply, regarding whether the Punjab Police officers are still detained by them.</span></p>
