Information and Broadcasting Minister M Venkaiah Naidu has said, it is an irony that former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has accused the NDA Government of monumental mismanagement. <br/><br/>In a series of tweets, Mr Naidu said, Dr Singh had presided over monumental mismanagement for 10 years resulting in the present situation. <br/><br/>Taking a dig at CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury, who said that Prime Minister's presence in Parliament is their victory, Mr Naidu said, the Prime Minister was always present in Parliament and intervened as and when necessary. <br/><br/>The Minister said, it is the Congress and Left that always obstruct functioning of the House and they should be constructive, not obstructive at least from now onwards.
