<span style="color: #000000;">Former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has been diagnosed with dengue at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. AIIMS officials said, his health condition is gradually improving. Dr. Singh was admitted to the hospital three days back after he complained of fever and weakness.</span><br />
