Mortal remains of veteran Congress leader and former Lok Sabha Speaker Baliram Bhagat has been brought to Patna from Delhi. His last rites will be performed on the banks of the river Ganga Monday afternoon with full State honours. The Bihar Governor Devanand Konwar and the State Chief Minister Nitish Kumar expressed grief on passing away of the veteran leader. Baliram Bhagat died at a hospital in Delhi on Sunday.
