Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayed has expressed concern over the killing of three youth in a fake encounter by army. <br/><br/>In a press conference in Srinager he demanded drastic action to restore peoples confidence.He also called for a special session of state legislature to discuss human rights situation in the state.<br/><br/>Defence Minister A K Antony says, full cooperation will be given in the probe into alleged fake encounter in Kashmir involving some army men. He said whoever is guilty will be punished.
