<span style="color: #222222;">M L Dhar, former IIS officer, passed away in Ahmedabad today. He was 72.  He started his career as News Editor in News Services Division of All India Radio in 1971 and worked in several media units of Information and Broadcasting Ministry including PIB, Doordarshan News and erstwhile Directorate of Field Publicity. He retired as Director.</span><br />
