Senior congress leader and former Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has vehemently advocated talks with local Kashmiri leaders in Jammu and Kashmir. Addressing a press conference in Simla today he said that this is the only means to resolve the different problems of the state.<br/><br/>Replying to a query in this regard, he said that there is no harm in talks and it should continue through sources. Criticizing the three years functioning of Union Government, Mr Shinde said that government should improve its approach after introspection.
