Former Goa Tourism Minister Mickey Pacheco has been granted bail by a Goa court in Nadia Torrado death case. Pacheco, who was remanded to 14-day judicial custody, was admitted to hospital after he complained of chest pain. The 46-year-old NCP legislator came out of his month-long hiding by surrendering before the court on July 3.
