The Orissa Government today said former Central Water Commission (CWC) member M Gopalkrishnan would submit a factual report on the controversial Polavaram dam project.Reacting to Supreme Court's decision turning down Orissa's plea to stay construction of the project work by Andhra Pradesh, Orissa's Water Resources Secretary Suresh Mohapatra expressed confidence that state would get justice from the apex court in the final judgement.He said the Supreme Court has accepted the name of Gopalkrishnan from the three names suggested by the Orissa Government for independent inspection of the project. Mohapatra also said senior engineers from Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Karnataka and other affected states would be present during the inspection by the former CWC member and also by the CWC.
