The Former Director General of Assam Police, Ravindra Nath Mathur passed away at his residence in Ajmer, Rajasthan on Thursday due to illness. He was 61. <br/>The Assam Chief Minister, Mr. Tarun Gogoi has condoled the death of Mathur whom he described as a policeman of repute.<br/>
