AICC General Secretary Rahul Gandhi has said that Congress is serious about forging an alliance with Trinamool Congress, TC, for the West Bengal assembly elections. He, however added that this will be done on honourable terms. Mr Gandhi was addressing a rally organised by the Youth Congress in Jalpaiguri on Wednesday.
