A total of 4.15 lakh foreign tourists visited India during September 2012 as against 4.02 lakh in the same period in 2011. The growth was 3.2 per cent. An official release issued in New Delhi said the foreign exchange earnings during September this year were 6652 crore rupees as against 5748 crore in the same period in 2011.
