Over 56 per cent growth has been registered in foreign tourists arrival on E-Tourist Visa in December 2016 over the same period in last year. A total of over one lakh 62 thousand foreign tourists arrived on e-Tourist Visa as compared to one lakh three thousand during the last year. <br/><br/>A Tourism Ministry release said that United Kingdom with 22 per cent continues to occupy top slot followed by USA 16 per cent. The facility of e-Visa has been made available by the government to the citizens of 161 countries, it said.
