Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla had a productive meeting with Deputy Foreign Minister of Russian Sergey Ryabkov today during which the two sides exchanged views on a number of issues concerning regional and global security. Mr Shringla is on an official visit to Moscow.
