Foreign Secretary, Harsh Vardhan Shringla has arrived in Paris on first leg of his three nation tour to Europe. He  is on a seven- day visit to France, Germany and the United Kingdom. Deepening engagements with France which is a key strategic partner in challenging timings is high on the agenda during the two day visit.  He will interact with top French officials and media personalities during the visit.  From Paris,  he will he will reach  Berlin on 31st October and then in London on 3rd November.<br />'' <br />''During his visit, Foreign Secretary will review bilateral relations and discuss matters of mutual interest and share Indian perspectives with his counterparts and with other key interlocutors.
