The Foreign Secretary Mrs. Nirupama Rao has arrived in Kabul on Friday in wake of Thursday’s bomb explosion outside the Indian Embassy in Afghanistan. Mrs. Rao is scheduled to visit the blast site near the embassy and meet the Indian officers working there. She is also scheduled to meet Afghanistan President Mr. Hamid Karzai and Foreign Minister Dr. Rangin Dadfar Spanta.<br/> <br/>
