Ahead of the Foreign Sercretary level talks on Thursday India today said that it is going to the talks with an open mind and is willing to discuss all outstanding issues. <br/><br/>Sources said that India is not going in an accusatory mode but exploratory mode to discuss all matters with the genuine and sincere aspiration to reduce the trust deficit between the two countries. <br/><br/>According to official sources New Delhi is excpected to sugggest more CBMs including greater cross LoC trade, more people to people contact and humanitarian issues to reduce trust deficit. sources said attempt will be to put in place steps even if moderate to build trust . <br/><br/>However, pointing to India's core concern on terror and maintaining that information about possible attacks on Indian interests and targets never cease, sources said it's Pakistan's responsibility to ensure that there are no further terror attacks against India. <br/><br/>The issue of cross border terrorism, infiltration and cease fire violations will be raised at the Foreign secretary level meeting as well the talks between the Home Minister Mr P Chidambaram and his Pakistani counter part Rehman Malik on the side lines of the SAARC Home Ministers meeting next week. <br/>The Home Minister Mr P Chidambaram is going to Pakistan on the 25th. <br/><br/>According to official sources, the Home Minister is expected to ask Pakistan to speed up the trial on Mumbai terror attack, take actions against those reponsible for the 26/11 and those pursuing anti India agenda. <br/><br/>The question of arresting and handing over of JUD Chief Hafiz Sayyed will also be taken up. <br/><br/>India had recently given a dossier on the offences committed by Hafiz Sayyed, his links with the LeT.
