Foreign Minister of Afghanistan Salahuddin Rabbani arrived in New Delhi today on a three day visit to India. He will meet External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj tomorrow and hold delegation level talks. <br/><br/>The two Ministers will make joint press statements. Some agreements are expected to be exchanged after talks. Mr. Rabbani will also call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence.
