Envoys of South Africa and four other countries today presented their credentials to President Pratibha Devisingh Patil in New Delhi. <br/><br/>The envoys — Mohammed Hacene Echarif, the Ambassador of Algeria, Rubuka Aloys, the Ambassador of Burundi, Zurab Katchkatchishvili, the Ambassador of Georgia, Petras Simeliunas, the Ambassador of Lithuania, and Harris Mbulelo Sithembile Majeke, the High Commissioner of South Africa — presented their credentials at a ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan.<br/>
