In Haridwar, kumbh mela administration has made fool proof arrangement for the first shahi snan of Maha kumbh on the auspicious occasion of Maha shivratri tomorrow. According to mela officials, security steps are in place to thwart any security threat. Meanwhile, the Uttrakhand government has requested to VVIPs to avoid visiting Haridwar on Mukhya snan days during the on going Maha kumbh in view of difficulties in arrangement for their protocol and security.<br/>
