There is no foodgrains crisis in the country. This information was given by Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Kailash Chaudhary in the Lok Sabha today. He said, due to the concerted efforts of the Central, State governments and farmers, the production of foodgrains has increased from 285 million tonnes in 2017-18 to over 314 million tonnes in 2021-22 which is an all-time record.<br />''<br />''<br />
