Country's foodgrain production will be higher than last year despite adverse conditions. Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh said this while addressing media in New Delhi today.<br/><br/>On the last day of Krishi Unnati Mela, Mr Singh felicitated farmers who have experimented with diverse farming.<br/><br/>Mr Singh also launched a mobile app for farmers.
