Food and Civil Supplies Minister Professor KV Thomas has said the draft of the Food Security Act has been finalised and the UPA Government is working towards implementing the programme by next year in 150 districts of the country. At a meet the press meet in Thiruvananthapuram he said the draft Bill provides for legal entitlement for food security.
