Special CBI court in Ranchi has sentenced RJD Chief and former chief minister Lalu Prasad Yadav to 5 years in jail in fodder scam case. The court also imposed a fine of 25 lakh rupees on him. Former Bihar Chief Minister Jagannath Mishra has been given 4 years in jail. A fine of 4 lakh rupees has also been imposed against Mishra. RJD has decided to challenge the verdict in the Jharkhand High Court. They were convicted by the CBI court in the fodder case on Monday.
