RJD Chief Lalu Prasad today appeared in a special CBI Court of Ranchi in connection with four cases of fodder scam. AIR Correspondent reports that Mr Prasad refused to examine his own defence witness in case number 64 -A/98 on the plea that Mr Prasad has filed a transfer petition in the Jharkhand High Court and which has been listed for the next Friday. <br/><br/>The Council of Lalu Prasad, Prabhat Kumar requested the Court to adjourn the case untill then- but the Judge refused this plea and the defence witness was examined by the Court as the 'Court Witness' instead.<br/> '<br/>In another case- number 38-A/98, the CBI produce an handwriting expert, Mr Bhatnagar, and he was examined in the court.
