The Special CBI Court will pronounce the quantum of punishment for all convicts in fodder scam case tomorrow at 2 PM. <br/><br/>Talking to reporters, Lalu Prasad's lawyer, Chitranjan Prasad informed this after the arguments on the quantum of sentence. <br/><br/>The Court of Judge Shivpal Singh at Ranchi today completed the arguments on quantum of sentence for all convicts including RJD Chief Lalu Prasad and Ex-MP RK Rana through video conferencing. <br/><br/>Our correspondent reports that Lalu Prasad was present, through video link from jail.<br/>
