The Patna CBI Special Court today framed charges against former Chief Ministers of Bihar, Lalu Prasad Yadav, Dr. Jagannath Mishra, JD(U) MP Jagdish Sharma and others in connection with fraudulent withdrawal of money from Bhagalpur and Banka treasuries of the State. The case is related to fodder scam of 1996.

AIR correspondent reports that after framing the charges by the CBI court, the hearing will be held on regular basis.
